Sophie is an absolute gem of a human.

We talk about "The" path she was on is one that will sound familiar to many of you.

Academy grad->SOF->MBA->MBB Consulting ->....realizing this isn't the path.

Sophie got off the flywheel of success, moved into a van, and started to travel around the country working remotely and just living.

Oh, she also found a way to climb Mt. Everest along the way (now the 2nd guest I've had who has made the top and a third is planning the trip).
